This much-loved restaurant has re-opened to bring guests a refreshing new take on authentic Southwestern dining in the heart of Scottsdale. Come see what we mean by "Old Ways, New Hands" as you savor classic Mexican recipes in enticing new ways, featuring fresh, indigenous ingredients, lighter dishes and unexpected pairings of traditional foods. Dine amid warm, Spanish architecture, wood-beamed ceilings, flagstone and beehive fireplaces, all accented by modern urban touches, new upholstery, lighting fixtures and a brand new main entrance showcasing the new tequila bar.
Guests may enjoy light table fare in the entry patio with its four fire pits, or reserve private patio or interior semi-private rooms for special occasions.
NEW! Tequila Bar
The tequila bar offers nightly artisan tastings and features 110 varieties of tequila from 36 different labels presented by a Tequila Goddess on weekends. Flaming coffees are a specialty of the house. These innovative cocktails are served tableside so guests can enjoy the dramatic presentation and aromas as well as the delicious flavors.
About Chef Richard Sandoval
Teaming with the restaurant is internationally-renowned Chef Richard Sandoval, who owns more than a dozen restaurants around the world. Mexican-born and trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he is considered the “Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine.”
About Chef Forest Hamrick
In the kitchen will be the resort’s own Executive Chef Forest Hamrick, who led La Hacienda to receive the AAA Four-Diamond award three years straight.
